Please go through your proof thoroughly and check for any punctuation, grammar, spelling errors, etc. as we begin the printing process immediately following your final approval.
COLOR VARIANCE: Colors will appear different printed than what is seen on your monitor which is why we suggest ordering a sample which includes a printed color chart prior to placing a full order. Please also note that ink colors are matched as closely as possible to the printed color chart, however some slight variance can still occur during the digital printing process and the colors may not appear identical to the printed color chart.

Important Info | Handmade Paper Invitations
Our handmade paper is by nature, imperfect and unique. You should expect slight differences in size, color, texture, and deckled-edging as well as minor imperfections such as spots, lines, and discoloration as a result of the paper-making process. Additionally, the silk ribbon used to compliment the handmade paper is frayed by design. These imperfections are considered a feature of the handmade style and not evidence of a damaged or defective product.
We do not recommend ordering this style invitation if any of the features listed above do not reflect your invitation design vision. It is highly recommended that a physical sample of this invitation style is ordered prior to placing a full order to serve as a general guide. All paper products are printed digitally, or "flat" on a commercial-grade printer. Due to this method of printing, there is a higher likelihood of possible ink smearing, particularly if your invitations are not hand-canceled when mailing them to your guests.
Product Quality and Liability
Each printed item within your order goes through a thorough inspection process before leaving the studio for quality assurance. Shipments are tracked, insured, and will require a signature at the time of delivery. Once you receive your order, care instructions included in your order regarding hand-canceling service should be followed in order to maintain the condition of the items. Our products must be handled with care to ensure they remain in good condition. This includes but not limited to: handling items with clean and dry hands, storing items in a cool and dry environment, ensuring proper postage on envelopes, and using hand-canceled service when mailing. Failure to abide by care instructions may result in damage to the items for which we are not liable.
Hand-Canceled Service
Post offices use machines to sort, mark, and process mail for delivery. Due to the style, size and contents of the invitation suites, using these machines to sort, mark, and process our products may result in damage to the envelope and its contents. It is highly recommended to request hand-canceled service when mailing this particular style, which requires the post office to sort, mark, and process each envelope by hand. Check with your local post office to determine if there is an additional small fee to have this service done.
